Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and in a timely manner.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

For made-to-order or custom jewelry pieces, please allow 7–21 business days for production prior to shipment. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States & Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

International Shipping

  • Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

We ship via trusted carriers including:

Carrier selection may vary based on destination, order value, and security requirements.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Signature Requirement

For security reasons, orders valued above $500 USD may require a signature upon delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone will be available to sign for the package.


Insurance

All high-value items are fully insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
