Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. A lab-grown diamond has the same crystal structure, chemical composition, and optical brilliance as a mined diamond — the only difference is origin. Ours are grown in a controlled lab environment (via the CVD or HPHT process) rather than formed underground, and every stone is graded on the same 4Cs scale as a mined diamond: cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Are lab-grown diamonds conflict-free?

Yes — our lab-grown diamonds specifically are conflict-free: because they're created in a lab rather than mined, they carry none of the sourcing concerns associated with mined stones. This applies to our lab-grown diamonds; if you're considering one of our natural diamonds, ask our team about that specific stone's sourcing documentation.

Are lab-grown diamonds worth it?

For most shoppers, yes — you get the same IGI-certified diamond quality at a fraction of the price of a mined stone, since lab-grown diamonds cost far less to produce and we sell direct without traditional retail markups.

Do lab-grown diamonds hold their value?

No diamond — lab-grown or mined — should be purchased as a resale investment; resale value for both typically falls well below the original purchase price, and lab-grown diamond prices in particular have been declining as production scales. Choose a lab-grown diamond for its certified quality and beauty at the price you're paying today, not as a store of value.

Why are your prices lower than traditional jewelry stores?

Lab-grown diamonds cost less to produce than mined diamonds, and we sell direct-to-you without traditional retail markups — so custom jewelry that would cost significantly more elsewhere is priced accordingly here.

What does IGI certification mean?

IGI (International Gemological Institute) is one of the world's leading independent gem-grading labs. An IGI certificate documents a diamond's cut, color, clarity, and carat weight based on independent lab assessment — not the seller's own claims. We also work with GIA-certified stones.

Are your diamonds IGI or GIA certified?

Yes. Our lab-grown and natural diamonds are IGI and GIA certified, with an official grading report accompanying every certified stone.

How much does a custom lab-grown diamond engagement ring cost?

How long does a custom engagement ring or custom jewelry piece take to make?

Custom and made-to-order pieces typically require 7–21 business days for production, in addition to standard order processing time. You'll be notified once your piece ships.

Can I return a custom or personalized piece?

No. Custom jewelry — including special orders and personalized items — is not eligible for return or exchange, per our Refund Policy. Since every custom piece is made specifically to your specifications, please confirm all details (size, metal, stone, engraving) before your order is placed.

Do you carry lab-grown diamond earrings?

Yes — our lab-grown diamond earring collection includes stud earrings and other styles, all available in your choice of certified lab-grown or natural diamonds.

Do you make tennis bracelets and tennis necklaces?

Yes. Our diamond-set bracelets and necklaces — including tennis-style pieces — are available in our bracelet collection and lab-grown diamond necklace collection, and can also be custom-built to your preferred length and carat total.

Do you ship lab-grown diamond jewelry internationally?

Yes — we ship to Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Free standard shipping is available over a qualifying order amount for Canada and the U.S. — see checkout for details. What is your return policy on jewelry?

Eligible (non-custom) items can be returned within 30 days, unworn, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom jewelry, sale items, and gift cards are excluded — see our full Refund Policy.
